Ana Gonzales bio
Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson is Mexican-born musician born into a family of musicians. As a child, she was inspired by classical music, boleros and the classic romantic, ranchero and romance ballads. Ana is passionate about tangos and opera, along with the dramatic shows that she attends. She started singing and studying the piano with her mom, she began her more intensive training in singing when she was 16 with renowned Mexican tenor Flavio Becerra. She continued her musical training in the School of Music of Guadalajara University and later at the School of Sacred Music, Toluca. In Guadalajara along with Mexico City, she was a member of many opera ensembles as well as chamber groups. Following her move into America in the year 2000, she joined the United States in 2000, she sang with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus before shifting to her residence in southern California. The singer currently sings traditional Latin American songs at private concerts as a singer. She is involved with many local projects in both teaching and performer, because of her passion of music and art. Ana has also been a former participant in the Community Chorus of Redlands, the Inland Master Chorale, and the Performance Loft. Ana thank the Inland Master Chorale for the permission to sing classic Latin American song.
